How it works:
Problem: A Customer decides to return a product at one of your Store locations. The Customer traditionally provides proof of purchase in the form of a paper receipt or the payment method used to tender the original transaction. If there is any discrepancy or no proof of purchase is provided, the Customer experience is negatively impacted. Equally as important, returns fraud is very costly and criminals continue to find exploitable gaps in traditional returns policies / processes.
Now: The same Customer has an allEtronic account. When they buy products and services from you, they receive digital receipts. If the Customer decides to return a product, all they need to provide your returns Associate is either a linked form of payment or telephone number.
