Q: What is the allEtronic service?
A: allEtronic is
a free service for consumers and it will allow you
to receive your receipts electronically from the businesses
you shop at.

Q: How does
the allEtronic service
work?
A: First, you’ll need
to enroll and become a member of allEtronic.
Then, you’ll need to link a credit, debit or check
card to your account. At checkout, you simply swipe
your card like you normally do to make your purchases.
If the business you’re shopping at is a member of our
environmental network, you’ll be identified and authenticated
automatically. After your purchase is made, your receipt
automatically appears in your allEtronic account, all
within a matter of seconds.

Q: How
do I know if the business I’m shopping at is a member of your
environmental network?
A: Businesses are proud
to be members of our environmental network. You can
easily identify a business that is a member of allEtronic by
a decal in the window similar to a Visa® or MasterCard®
decal.

Q: Why
do you ask for my credit, debit or check card information?
A: This is one of the
ways we are able to identify you and your allEtronic
account at the checkout stand. Any card you have can
be used to identify your account and electronically
transmit your receipt to your allEtronic account.
After you swipe your card, the stores system will automatically
recognize your account with allEtronic.
The stores system will automatically validate your
account and electronically send you your receipt rather
than print it. You can register as many credit, debit,
or check cards as you want. Each card will be associated
with your
allEtronic account.

Q: Do
I have to register a card with allEtronic?
A: No, but you’ll need
to provide the cashier with your phone number or email
address in order to receive your receipts electronically.

Q: If
I do register a card withallEtronic,
is it secure?
A: ABSOLUTELY! Technically
speaking, we don’t actually store any of the card numbers
you link to your allEtronic account.
After you input your card numbers and hit “Submit”
to finalize your enrollment, a complex algorithm creates
an irreversible account number that is tied to minor
details of a card. These minor details, not your card
number, are what are stored in our system, and used
to link to your allEtronic account.
After you swipe your card at the checkout stand, the
cashier’s station has been programmed to interpret
the “end result” of the algorithm. This end result
is not your credit card, but it does allow us to identify
your account every time you swipe your card.

Q: Did
you know our system can actually help you detect card theft
sooner
than the current rate?
A: If you link your credit,
debit or check card to yourallEtronic account,
you then have a single place to review all your transactions,
regardless of which account they were purchased from. You will
also have access to view the transaction immediately after
they are posted by the retailer instead of waiting for a monthly
statement from your credit card issuer or bank.

Q: Is
the allEtronic service
really free?
A: Yes, there are no
costs whatsoever to you, EVER! It is free to enroll
and free to use every time. We are simply a tool built
to simplify the lives of consumers as it relates to
receipts, coupons, billing statements, and all things
paper-delivery.

Q: Do
I have to use allEtronic every
time I make a purchase?
A: No. You can always
choose to receive a paper receipt. Just notify the
clerk at the point of purchase. Unfortunately, not
all businesses have implemented allEtronic.
This means that at some point you’ll have to accept
a paper receipt.

Q: What
if I need to Return or Exchange something?
A: We are currently
developing a new feature that allows you to initiate
a return directly from yourallEtronic account.
Since it’s not yet ready, if you need to make a return,
simply login to your account, select the appropriate
receipt, and then print it. The printed sheet will
be accepted by the store just like the old receipts
used to be. As you know, retailers typically have their
own return/exchange policy, so be sure to read it as
it will appear in yourallEtronic account.
It is important to be aware of retailers who DO NOT
always require a receipt for returns or exchanges.
If you don’t have to, don’t print.

Q: What
if I want a Gift Receipt?
A: You can still receive
a gift receipt through allEtronic.
To get it to whomever you bought the gift for, you
can either send it to their allEtronic account, their
email address, or last resort, print it (on recycled
paper please).

types of credit, debit or check cards work with allEtronic?
A: Any debit or credit
card that has the Visa®, MasterCard®, American Express®,
or Discover® logo.

Q: Can
I have multiple accounts?
A: Yes. But keep in
mind, the purpose of allEtronic is
to give you a single, central location by which you
can access all of your personal and business receipts,
plus any coupon, billing statement, and/or any other paper-based
item we can logically integrate.

Q: What
is the difference between a Consumer account and a Business
account?
A: A business account
has all the same functions as the standard personal
account, but with added features for auto-expense itemizing,
archiving, expense reporting for employees, plus a
lot of other useful tracking features. The business
service starts at $14.95 per month.

does allEtronic do
with my information?
A: Our business and
our reputation are based on maintaining your privacy.
allEtronic will not sell, rent, or license your personal
information for others’ marketing use, ever! You will
never receive an unsolicited email from anyone for
any reason. You may, however, be contacted by us for
account related reasons. This contact, however, will
prompt you to login to your allEtronic account.

available to it’s users where ever our service is implemented,
